UPDATE: Appointments for Affidavit of Support at PH Consulate in Dubai now require pre-screening

The Philippine Consulate General in Dubai has announced that it will now require a pre-screening before Filipinos are granted an appointment in applying for an Affidavit of Support and Guarantee (ASG).

This new procedure, which will be in effect from December 1 onwards, will help streamline facilitating approvals for all ASG applications.

Effective immediately, applicants may start registering their application through the portal (https://dubaipcg.dfa.gov.ph/affidavit-of-support-and-guarantee-online-pre-assessment-system) for appointments starting from December 1 onwards.

All submitted documents will be evaluated within three business days.

Qualified applicants will be notified of both confirmed appointment dates or any other further documentation required via email.

The Consulate advises the public that they need to present all original documents and submit duplicate copies when they visit the office on the day of their appointment.

“The public is enjoined to adhere to the new procedures to avoid inconvenience. Applicants who appear at the consulate without having their documents pre-screened will be requested to submit their application online and wait for the email notification of their confirmed appointment,” read their statement.

Applicants are requested to register their application and upload their documents through the Consulate’s portal: https://dubaipcg.dfa.gov.ph/affidavit-of-support-and-guarantee-online-pre-assessment-system

Individuals who have inquiries or concerns about the ASG applications may send an email at: [email protected]
