Forms Application Gives Error "ClassNot Found Exception: oracle.forms.engine.Main" When Using SSL (Doc ID 2580042.1)

When attempting to access an Oracle Forms application, the following error occurs:

It was found that this only occurs when using SSL. If using http only, then it is working. The SSL is configured on Oracle HTTP Server and Oracle WebLogic Server.
